Refund & Return Policy

1. Overview

At Ziqual, LLC, we connect customers with machine shops and 3D printing services to produce custom parts. Because each order is custom-manufactured, our refund and cancellation policies reflect the nature of our on-demand service.

2. Refund Policy

We only accept returns or issue refunds if the parts you receive are demonstrably defective and deviate from the specifications you clearly submitted at the time of ordering (including CAD files and notes).

To request a refund:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving the part.

Provide evidence of the defect, such as photos or inspection reports.

Include a copy of the original order and specification documents.

If your request is approved, we may issue:

A full or partial refund, or

A replacement part at no additional cost.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled before manufacturing begins. However, due to the rapid turnaround times of our partner machine shops, cancellations are not guaranteed.

To request a cancellation:

Contact us immediately after placing your order.

If manufacturing has not started, we will attempt to cancel the job and issue a refund.

If manufacturing has already begun, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded.

4. Shipping Delays and Lost Packages

Ziqual is not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or for the loss of parts in the mail. However, we work closely with our partners to ensure products are delivered on time and as promised.

If your shipment is delayed or lost:

Contact us and we will assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.
