Ziqual is a precision CNC machine shop. We machine your parts in-house, inspect them before they ship, and keep the same people on your job from the first prototype to the next reorder.

Milling, turning and inspection happen under our roof, on our machines, by people you can talk to.
CNC milling
3-, 4- and 5-axis milling for prototype and low-volume parts in metals and plastics — from small brackets to large structural frames, held to tight tolerances.
CNC turning
Turned parts made to your drawing and checked against it before they leave the shop.
Inspection
Parts are measured on granite with CMM equipment, so you get what you ordered the first time.

Some jobs need processes we don’t run in-house. For those we use a few partners we know and have vetted ourselves — not a marketplace of strangers.
You still deal only with us: one quote, one point of contact, and we check the parts before they reach you.

Send your files
3D models (STEP, X_T or native CAD), drawings and any notes on material, finish and quantity. ZIP files are fine.

Get a quote
We review your part for manufacturability and send a clear quote. Questions come from an engineer, not a form.

We make it
Your part is machined in our shop — or by a trusted partner when it needs a special process. Check in anytime.
04
Inspect and ship
Parts are inspected, packed and shipped with tracking. If anything is off when they arrive, we make it right.
