Capabilities

What we make, and how.

Precision prototype and low-volume parts in metals and plastics. The core work happens in our own shop; a few trusted partners cover the specialty processes.

In-house

Our shop

  • 3-, 4- and 5-axis CNC milling — brackets, housings, plates and large structural frames. 4- and 5-axis work lets us reach complex features and angled holes in fewer setups
  • CNC turning — round parts, bushings and fittings
  • Inspection — CMM measurement on granite, with quality documentation on request
  • DFM review — we flag cost and manufacturability issues before cutting metal
  • Prototypes to low-volume production, including repeat orders made the same way each time

Through trusted partners

Specialty processes

When a part needs something we don’t run in-house, it goes to a partner we’ve vetted ourselves. We manage the job and inspect the result, so you still have one quote and one contact.

  • Wire EDM and Sinker EDM
  • 3D printing — FDM, SLA, SLS and MJF
  • Surface grinding, laser cutting and engraving
  • Finishing — anodize, powder coat, nickel and tin plating, passivation, electropolish, bead blast, tumble, vapor polish and hand polish

Materials

Aluminum, steel, stainless steel, titanium, brass and engineering plastics. Need something else? Ask, and we’ll tell you straight whether we can do it.

Files we accept

3D models in Fusion, STEP, X_T or IGES, or parts and assemblies from SolidWorks, Inventor, CATIA, NX, Creo and Solid Edge. STL or 3MF for 3D printing. Drawings as PDF, DXF or DWG. Several files or an assembly? Send them as a ZIP.

Who we work with

Startups, hardware companies and research labs building aerospace components, medical devices, robotics and industrial machinery.

Not sure if we can make it?

Send the file anyway. We’ll tell you what’s possible, in-house or through a partner. contact@ziqual.com
