1. Information we collect

Information you send us. When you use our quote form or email us, we collect your name, email address, company, phone number, part details, and the files you send (such as CAD files, drawings and notes).

Order information. When you place an order, we also collect shipping and billing details and keep a record of the order. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Technical information. Our web server keeps standard logs of visits — IP address, browser type, pages requested and time. These logs are deleted automatically after 14 days. Our quote form also records the IP address of each submission to help block spam.

We do not use analytics, advertising or social media trackers on this website.

We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your requests and prepare quotes
• To manufacture, inspect and ship your parts
• To communicate with you about your quotes and orders
• To keep our website secure and prevent spam and abuse
• To meet our legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Who we share it with

• Partners working on your order, who receive only what they need, under confidentiality obligations
• Service providers that help us run our business, such as website hosting (DigitalOcean), email (Microsoft 365), shipping carriers and our payment processor
• Authorities, when required by law, subpoena or other legal process

We do not allow Partners or service providers to use your information for their own marketing.

4. Cookies

5. Security

Our website uses encrypted connections (HTTPS). Files you upload are stored outside the public part of our website and can be accessed only by our staff. No method of storing or sending information over the internet is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information.

6. How long we keep it

We keep quote requests, files and order records for as long as we need them to serve you — for example, to make repeat orders the same way — or as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your quote requests and files at any time.

7. Your rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to:

• Know what personal information we collect and why
• Ask us to delete your personal information
• Opt out of certain types of sharing

If you are in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may also have the right to access, correct or move your information, and to object to how we use it.
